The Erie County Drug and Alcohol Coalition, in conjunction with Preferred Systems, Inc., are hosting the third annual "It Takes a Community to Fix a Community" conference on June 18, 2010at East High School in Erie, PA. Topics are centered on the problems facing our community with an emphasis on youth issues. This conference will host numerous workshops throughout the day and attendees can choose which workshops they would like to attend. Continued Education credits are included for Educators, Counselors, Social Workers, Marriage and Family Therapists, Nurses, Psychologists, Addiction Professionals, and DUI Instructors/CRN evaluators. People from the general public with an interest in youth issues and solutions to community problems are invited to attend. The cost of the workshop is $50.00. Registration begins at 8:30 am and the conference is unit 4:30 pm.
