With either program, you will have the ability to host an unlimited number of courses with an unlimited number of attendees. We will handle the filing of all paperwork for every agent that attends one of your home inspection courses.

Also included is the setup of your online agent and administration web site portals, all instructor state filing fees and paperwork, and your initial training session.

Preferred Systems can get you approved as an instructor in your state. We handle all required paperwork and filing throughout the entire process.

How Long Does It Take To Setup The Program?
In most states it takes 30 - 90 days for approval. Some states can take longer depending upon when the application is filed.

Can I Submit My Own Courses For Approval?
Yes. Preferred Systems will review your course content and make any changes or edits required for state approval. Upon approval, we will make your course available in your customized Course Catalog. We will pay you a one time fee to make your courses available to other home inspectors. 

How Many Courses Can I Host?
With InspectionMarketer, you can host an unlimited number of courses with an unlimited number of attendees.
