The program

What is the CE Instructor Program?

PSI does the state-board CE-provider work, writes and certifies the courses, supplies the online scheduling and registration portal, and handles all administrative support. You, whether a home inspector, mortgage loan officer, title agent, home stager, insurance agent, real estate attorney, or home warranty rep, teach those approved CE courses live to real estate agents. Teaching CE is how you become the go-to expert in your market.

Do I need teaching experience to become a CE instructor?

No. Most PSI clients are practicing professionals who have never taught a formal class in their life. We provide the pre-approved course content, the slide deck, the instructor guide, and coaching on delivery. Your job is to know your industry (you already do) and to show up.

How is this different from taking a CE class as an agent?

We're not selling CE to real estate agents. We're selling the platform that makes YOU their CE instructor. Real Estate Agents attend your class to earn the CE credits their license requires. You get the room, the credibility, and the trusted-expert relationship that comes with it.

State approvals and boards

Can my company sponsor the class venue and refreshments?

Yes, within the compliance framework. Neutral venue, class open to all agents in the market, no giveaways tied to attendance. We'll walk you (or your compliance team) through what's fine and what isn't.

Which states are you approved in?

PSI holds real-estate-CE provider status in 45 states across 50+ certification boards. Approval depth varies by vertical. Call us at 888.455.7437 and we'll confirm exactly which courses are available in the state(s) you want to teach in.

How long does it take to become approved as an instructor?

Typical instructor state approval runs 30–90 days depending on the state. You can begin the enrollment paperwork immediately after your consultation; we handle every state submission on your behalf.

Do you file the completed courses with the state boards?

Yes. State filing is included in every subscription. Attendee credits are reported directly to the appropriate board within the timeframes each state requires.

Pricing and setup

What does it cost?

Two options: annual at $1,999/yr, or monthly at $499 setup + $199/mo. Both plans include 2 instructors, 2 states. Add a state: +$500/yr. Add an instructor: +$250/yr.

Is there a long-term commitment?

The annual plan renews yearly. The monthly plan is month-to-month after the setup fee. Most clients start monthly for the first year while they build their teaching cadence, then move to annual to lock in the lower rate.

What if I only teach in one state?

The base plan still includes 2 states, so you have room to expand. You don't pay less for teaching in fewer states. The platform is priced on capacity, not usage.

The courses and portal

Do I have to write the courses myself?

No. The courses are already written and state-board approved. You get an instructor guide, presentation slides, and content coaching for every course you plan to teach.

Can I customize the courses for my market or brand?

The state-approved content stays intact. That's what makes the credit hour valid. But your instructor portal, agency-facing registration pages, email templates, and marketing flyers are all custom-branded to your practice.

Where do the attendees register?

Every class gets a public registration page and a custom-branded agency portal. Real Estate Agents self-register online, receive confirmation and calendar invites automatically, and get their state-compliant certificate delivered by email.

Support

What support do I get?

Email and phone support 7 days a week from our team in Erie, PA. Family-owned and independent since 1998.

Do you help with marketing my classes to Real Estate Agents?

Yes. Every subscription includes custom email templates and print-ready marketing flyers you can co-brand with local agencies. We also share what's working for clients in your vertical.
