Teach approved CE. Keep your company top of mind with agents.
Your reps already show up to agent events. PSI turns those visits into board-approved instruction. The credit hours agents need, taught by you.

The trusted-expert path that’s been sitting in plain sight.
Real estate agents decide who they call first for home warranty representatives and account managers. The fastest way to the top of that list is to be the person who taught them what to look for.
WarrantyInstructors is the Preferred Systems program for home warranty representatives and account managers. Preferred Systems has provided continuing education since 1995, is approved as a real estate CE provider in 45 states, and is licensed by more than 50 certification boards.
You already have the expertise. What we add is the state-board approval, the pre-written curriculum, and the portal that runs registration, rosters, evaluations, and certificate delivery. The only hours you spend are the ones in the room.
Course topics available for home warranty companies to teach.
The subject areas our state-board-approved courses cover. Individual titles are added and refreshed through the year, so this is the shape of the catalog rather than a fixed list.
Everything you need to teach compliant CE.
Every subscription includes the same core infrastructure. No add-ons for the essentials. This is what “turnkey” means at PSI.
Two ways in. Same program.
Pick the plan that suits you — both include 2 instructors and 2 states, and additional instructors and states are straightforward add-ons. Call for institutional / multi-region pricing.
What professionals ask before starting.
What's required for approval in my state?
Most states require an instructor application, and some also ask for a resume or bio. When you register we send you the exact requirements for your state.
How long does it take to get started?
Approval takes 30 to 90 days in most states. A few take longer, depending on how that board processes applications.
Can I submit my own courses for approval?
Yes. We review your course content against your state's standards, and if it qualifies we work with you to get it approved. An additional fee may apply depending on the state.
Can I teach online?
It depends on your state. Each board sets its own rules for online delivery, so contact us and we'll confirm what's available where you teach. Teaching online requires a Zoom Pro account with the webinar add-on.
How many instructors are included?
Two. You can add more for an additional fee — contact us for pricing in your state.
Can I be approved in more than one state?
The program includes instructor approval in up to two states. Additional states are available for a fee, and each one needs its own documentation.
Can I have exclusivity in my area?
We don't offer exclusivity, but participation in each market is limited and we track it, so that no one area becomes saturated.
Are there any additional fees?
The program fee covers everything you need to start teaching, and there's no limit on how many courses you schedule. If anything additional applies in your state, we tell you when you register.
Who reports the credits?
Every attendee who completes a course receives a certificate, and we report credits to the state agency wherever that's required. Some states are self-reporting, which means attendees file their own.
Can I charge for the courses?
Most clients teach for free, because the relationship is the point. If you do want to charge, payment collection is built in through Stripe or Authorize.net.
Programs for the professions we also serve.
Every profession that touches the transaction can teach the agents around it. These are the programs we run today.
Home Inspectors
Every real estate agent has an inspector they call first. Continuing education is how you become that inspector, by teaching them what a real inspection looks like before the deal ever depends on it.
Explore this programMortgage Loan Officers
Agents trust the loan officers who close on time. Teach the class that walks them through the buyer scenarios they see every week, and you become the LO they call when a pre-approval has to happen today.
Explore this programTitle Companies
Almost every path to real estate agent relationships is a compliance minefield. Continuing education isn’t. Teach the class, and you become the title company agents choose for the next closing, inside the lane the regulators actually permit.
Explore this programInsurance Agencies
Homeowners buy insurance from the agencies their agent recommends. Teach the class that makes agents smarter about coverage, exposure, and protecting the transaction, and you become the agency they call before, during, and after every closing.
Explore this programHome Warranty Companies
Warranties turn into service calls, and service calls decide whether an agent recommends you again. Teach agents what your warranty actually covers and how claims work, and you become the provider agents recommend by name at every closing.
You’re viewing this programReal Estate Appraisers
Agents lean on appraisers for pricing strategy, comps, and appraisal-gap conversations. Teach the class that makes them smarter about valuation, and you become the appraiser they trust, before the listing appointment, not after the deal breaks.
Explore this programReal Estate Attorneys
Every agent has a ‘call my attorney’ moment. Continuing education is how you become the attorney they call, the one who taught them what to watch for in contracts, disclosures, and title issues before the moment ever came up.
Explore this programHome Stagers
Agents call the stagers who help listings sell. Teach the class that shows them what staging does to days on market and final price, and you become the stager on their shortlist for every listing appointment.
